Made with clear, solvent-based, permanent adhesive Oracal 651 vinyl has an outdoor durability rating of up to six (6) years. The release liner is 84# silicone coated paper with release characteristics that provide for excellent weeding. Blue silicone release liner for gloss white provides superior contrast for weeding.
