• Package size must be 25" x 25" X 38" or smaller.
• Package weight must be under 20 lbs. 
• Package must be shipped within the continental USA. 
• Emailed or phoned in orders do not qualify.
• Online orders received before 3:30pm EST M-F ship same day.
• Sign companies that receive Free Local Delivery do not qualify.

SHIPPING LARGE SHEETS  Full sheets of substrates can only be shipped by Local Delivery or by a trucking company. They are simply too large for UPS. You may purchase a large sheet and then instruct us to cut it down to pieces smaller than 24" x 48" and then it becomes shippable. Otherwise, freight charges apply. Freight charges that are calculated on our website are for commercial deliveries with loading dock access. Residential deliveries and deliveries requiring a lift gate will incur addition charges as determined by the LTC trucking company. Typically $200 +/- is added to the freight cost.

FLAT RATE SHIPPING  Phoned in or emailed orders that do not qualify for free shipping but may qualify for flat rate shipping. Flat Rates are $9.99 to all states in Zone 1 and Zone 2 and $19.99 to Zones 3, 4 & 5. Size restrictions listed above apply.

HOW WE SHIP  We may choose UPS, FedEx, USPS or some other delivery method depending on shipping price and available delivery schedule. UPS is our most common shipping method. Items larger than 36" x 55" must be shipped by a trucking company.

WE RECYCLE BECAUSE WE SHOULD  You may notice that your package arrives in a reused box and may be cushioned with shredded paper. We believe that it is our responsibility to reuse & recycle everything we can to lessen our environmental footprint.
