Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn and unused, In the event you want to return an item we will provide a store credit equal to the value of the item. Cash or Credit Card refunds are never provided.

Items Damaged During Shipping or Defective Items
We have an excellent shipping record but sometimes the shipper will damage the package. Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us with in 5 business days if your item is damaged or defective. Generally speaking, damaged or defective items are reshipped at no cost to the customer. In the event the customer does not want the item reshipped, we will provide a store credit equal to the value of the entire order. Cash or credit card refunds are never provided. In order to receive store credit, please take a photo of the damage or defect and email us info@blueridgesignsupply.com . Photos should be of unopened, damaged package or visible defect and be taken within 24 hours of receipt of the package. Damage claims after 5 business days will not be honored. Failure to supply adequate proof of damage will result in your damage claim being denied.
Shipping Errors
You will have 5 business days to notify us any error in shipping, including but not limed to receiving incorrect items or incorrect quantities. We will confirm and correct the error as soon as possible. Shipping error claims after 5 business days will not be honored.
Non-Returnable items
The following items are not returnable for exchange or refund:
- Custom, special order, or other non-stock items are not eligible for return unless shown to be defective.
- Cut substrates, plastics or other cut materials are not eligible for return unless shown to be defective.
- Plastic sheeting that has had the protective mask removed.
- Items that have been installed or used in any way are not eligible for return unless shown to be defective.
- Gift cards.
Restocking Fees
A 20% restocking fee will be assessed on any returned amount unless item is shown to be defective.
